On one hand the rivalry between USA and Canada women's hockey is one of the best at the Winter Olympics.

Yet there is no more anti-climactic event at the Olympics -- up to the finals anyway. Where the games are totally meaningless.

Is there any other event where it is basically guaranteed who the two finalists will be year after year. Both countries will wipe every other country for the next two weeks.

They should make the final a best 2 out of 3, and cut out the preliminary crap.
