Gallo and Hicks continue to be a brutal watch. You have to wonder how much longer the Yankees are going to keep the charade going with Gallo.

Coney said a couple of weeks ago the Yankees 1 through 20 have the best pitching depth in mlb.

Last year MLB had a rule where you could call up someone as a Covid replacement, temporarily put them on the 40 man roster, and return them to the Minors when the starters got healthy.

There were teams who had 10-15 guys on the Covid list at once. Obviously they didn't call up 15 replacements just to DFA them a week later.

We may not have seen the last of Weber.

EDIT: Weber was out of options. Hopefully he clears waivers and comes back.
