2024-25 Bowl Season Schedule Announced - BOWL SEASON

SAN ANTONIO – Today, Bowl Season announced the complete 2024-25 college football bowl schedule, which includes 44 games. Most games will be televised on the ABC

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference and ESPN, in conjunction with Bowl Season, announced the ACC bowl schedule for the upcoming 2024 season, which includes three games on ABC and nine games on ESPN.

With the Pac-12 being absorbed by other conferences are there really any conference affiliations anymore?

Who will the ACC representative play in the Sun Bowl?

Who will the ACC representative play in the Holiday Bowl?


The Pac-12 used to have affiliations with the following bowl games.

- LA Bowl vs Mountain West
- Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl vs Big 12
- San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl vs ACC
- SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl vs SEC
- Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl vs ACC
- Valero Alamo Bowl vs Big 12
- Rose Bowl vs Big 10 champion

From the ESPN owned and operated bowl games, the Pac-12 will be able to fill one of these three slots ...
- Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl vs Big 12 or C-USA
- SERVPRO First Responder Bowl vs ACC, American Athletic, or Big 12
- Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl vs Big 12, ACC or SEC


Conferences have expanded. The ACC now has 17 teams and I assume the conference will want some of the bowl game action left behind by the Pac-12. I am in Southern California so I would love for the ACC to keep their affiliation with the holiday Bowl and establish affiliations with the LA Bowl and the Las Vegas Bowl.

Pac-12 Teams will continue to play in Pac-12 affiliated bowls for another 2 seasons until all the bowl contracts expire.
