2024-25 College Football Playoff TV Schedule

You know, I would have thought the worst thing Brian Kelly ever did was kill a kid, but now... yeah, killing a kid was definitely the worst thing he ever did.
Hey. No one can ever say Brian Kelly doesn't set the bar high. Especially when it's windy and getting practice footage is life and death. That's when he sets the bar the highest.

Not only does it look like he uses Just For Men on his facial hair, but it looks like something is going on with his eyes. I don’t know if he had Botox or some kind of work done, but something’s going on there.

Ryan Day is a stiff. This dude doesn't deserve to be washed. They won, but he's no Fran.
He reminds me of Roy. Not a great coach but can assemble enough talent to overwhelm the opponent

This seems to be the trending style for football coaches this season. Lots of badly dyed beards on NFL sidelines.
How else are they supposed to show everyone how big their pick em up truck is?

Three straight “meteor” games to end the CFP.

Brutal.

Ped St vs ND (vomit)
Tex-ass vs Phuckeye St (double vomit)

And now Phuckeye St. vs ND (triple vomit)

Where is a goddamn meteor when you need one!
Now all you need is Philly vs KC in the Super Bowl and you'll be all set.

Nah, that’s an easy one…

A repeat of the last time they met in the big one would be fine by me!
Hey look at the bright side - at least Jerrah hosted a playoff game this year.

What constitutes a "defenseless" WR? IMO that play does not apply. Had there been no contact to the head and the ball was let go, would it have been an incomplete or a fumble? He completed the catch. He made a FB move. In fact that move is what caused the H2H contact.

So your point #1 is open to interpretation. Just getting hit hard before you expect it does not constitute being defenseless. Again if that is defenseless, we need to go to fair catches on plays over the middle.

It was a bang bang play. The defender was in the process of breaking down to tackle. Given the spacing and the speed of the play, what exactly is the guy supposed to do differently there?
And how exactly does one tackle while moving forward while at the same time having your head behind the initial contact. It is not physically possible. What the defender did was text book, you cannot penalize a player for making a text book play. If you do, just get rid of tackling all together.

The defender did not lead with the crown. The defender did not look to make contact above the shoulders. The defender did not launch himself up high. So if the only issue is H2H, how is it targeting? None of the other criteria required applied.

What is the purpose of the targeting penalty? Is it not to protect players from reckless play? Nothing about the defenders actions was reckless IMO.
Not lead with his head. A proper tackle is shoulder to sternum.

Dallas obsessed Iggles fans take the sting out of missing the playoffs.

If, and it’s looking like a big if, Dallas ever gets back to the conference championship or Super Bowl in my lifetime, I can guarantee I won’t be wasting time chirping Iggles fans that their team missed the playoffs.

Keep doin you and don’t ever lose that obsession!

Hey the season is four months old and it's the first time I even referenced your squad.

Glad to see the SEC made it to the championship game one way or another.
...and we can expect that many SEC fans will be screaming "S-E-C, S-E-C, S-E-C" at their TVs on every call, claiming the refs are making up for bad calls against the SEC... [Heavy sigh]

I wish the natty could be a 6:30 pm start like the Super Bowl that ends around 10 pm or so.
Don't think you will have to worry, game will probably be over by halftime.. I'd love to see the Irish pull the upset but I don't think it will happen.. could get very ugly

Move to the Central Time Zone where I am and you can get a 6:30 pm start. Do I have to solve all your problems for you?

I see this game as similar to the Lions/Commanders game. ND can win, but they have to win the turnover battle and can’t be playing catch up at any point.
