A couple of shots over the bow from the ACC. First Clemson getting the PSU DC and now Miami. Some conferences don't like it when you do to them what they've been getting away with for years.

Well seeing as how the ACC took their DC last year too I’d say this isn’t a complete shock sooo what’s the big deal?

Started the portal with fall and spring, the players won't agree to just a spring portal. Someone will go to court and then a judge will possibly end up ruling the players can portal at any time.
The coaches better be satisfied, no player has gone to court already to have a portal anytime.

Agreed. I think it needs to be in time for kids to start spring semester. If it's not in line with other students or even other sports I don't see how it can stand up.

Is tampering even a thing anymore in this new age of anything goes. They get to hire agents to find out what they are worth with NIL. (that's not really NIL but rather a salary to switch)

due to the player losses 6-6 would be a miracle. Even with some late portal additions.

6-6 is going to be very hard. Other than Colgate, every school on our schedule made a bowl game last year. Every one. And a early look top 25 had all 6 games we play on the road against top 25 teams. What is the best we could do with those 6 games on the road? Probably 2 wins would be the best we could hope for and that would be very tough.

All 7 games are winnable if we play well.

Tenn by year end we were better than them. Talent wise tough to win. Game 1 who knows

Clemson . They are down a peg from the teams we have played well against. We could be equal or better than teams we played them with. Still a stretch

Miami. They are still poorly coached. Lost a big time QB like us. 11 weeks in who knows

ND. clearly more talent. NEW QB. lost players in portal. Again week 12 and they have high hopes.
a reach for sure. but we did it before with way worse talent.

I really think being bowl eligible is the absolute best we can hope for.
Just a truly vicious and draining schedule for our players.
