• Donnie- Back (Melo helps here)
• Choppa- Gone (Big East school)
• Bell- Gone (West Coast school)
• JJ- Back
• Cuffe- Back
• Petar- Back

We WILL get a starting high level caliber PG (staff is prioritizing this above all, aside from keeping Donnie, and Melo will help here too). We will also get a good center who will be more of a defensive presence.

I really hope you are right. A high level point guard can offset mediocre coaching and will help Donnie, Sadiq and company look good offensively. I’d like to see a running/transition team.

It works in reverse too. A bad point guard can make a team and coach look worse than they are.

It’s already being reported in Kentucky that Pope has locked up a major portal player even before the portal opens. They want a defensive minded point guard and a wing shooter, just like everyone else.

Goes to show that there isn’t a tree that grows elite PGs, which is why we are screwed
