Women's Lacrosse 2024 Recruiting

Was wondering why she taking so long to announce her decision. Figured she would’ve been one of the first to announce her decision to come to ‘Cuse, but looks like that’s not in the cards. Oh well! As some people have been mentioned previously— we desperately need a goalie for this class and also a draw specialist as they are two of the most important positions and are the reasons teams win championships.

Believe ‘Cuse was in the mix for Kayla Gilmore who is really good and can basically win draws to herself with her height and athleticism but she also decided on Maryland.

Love how this class is turning out and love the recruits we have gotten— but we cannot let these two positions be overlooked.

 
So the top 10 has all committed. UNC has a monster class I think 6 5*.
But the second wave of 5* still has 3 uncommitted.
Charlotte Morton righty goalie from Colorado.
Emerson Martin righty defense from Maryland (assuming we can guess where she’s going)
Alexis May middie from Colorado.

Stanford and Michigan also have pulled some talent big time talent. Duke and ND also some nice stuff.


Is there going to be a legit top 50 or something for womens?

Last year they ranked 20 kids and this year they have ranked 25 so far? I think there is only 1 kid in that 25 that isn't committed (Alexis May)

Morton to USC and Emme Martin to Vandy. I think Cuse is still in mix for the May twins. Pretty sure I saw them at UVa game with Kayla.

I saw Emerson to Vandy just after I posted. Didn’t see the Morton one.

What’s the gist on the May twins? Didn’t even know it was twins. If they were at the game with Kayla gotta like our chances. Hopefully some of the current 22 girls were there with some uppers and they saw magic.

Both are Draw specialists which would round out class

Morton committed to USC maybe a week ago.

Not sure why these players would want to go to SC. Stanford with the academic I get. They could go to a number of acc schools including SU for same or better education and better teams.
