2025-26 CFB Playoff TV Schedule

I’m starting to think that giving teams an inordinately long time off and then asking them to fly halfway across the country for a game doesn’t result in quality football.

Tell that to Indiana. They look pretty solid so far.

Shame these games aren’t sell outs and on campus. They have to make this round on site next year. Stop trying to force it into bowl game stuff. I can tolerate semi and final in bowl game
Venue but spare me the rest.

I thought the same thing. You should be rewarding those teams not forcing them to travel some unbelievable distances.

He’s very impressive. Shows how good coaches can be at any level. He was at lower levels for too long.

A poster with knowledge of his time at JMU alluded to that he might not be the easiest guy to get along with. But that's hardly unique among successful coaches and he is a heck of a coach.

Cignetti worth every single penny. I cant lie, I'm pretty jealous of Indiana. A historically bad program turned around in 2 years and probably will win the National Championship. There is nothing they are that Syracuse couldn't be...maybe one day

The depth of the SEC continues to be the most overrated thing in CFB.

Every year they end up with a ton of ranked teams who go .500 against the “grueling” SEC schedule. They get 2 and 3 loss teams in the CFP based on that reputation. Then all but their very best team gets thumped in the post season.

11 months from now this game (and the SEC champ game before it) will be memory holed by the CFB media who will crow about Bama’s inclusion because of how good the SEC is. Maddening.

Absolutely. Historically teams have needed a Blue Chip ratio of at least 50% to even be in contention. Indiana's 4/5 star ratio is 8%!! Historic
