Probably but a company is paying for name, image and likeness. The more the players plays and performs the more recognition which increases potential sales or views for the company. Isn’t that the bases for a company to pay for nil.This is 100% illegal for college sports. The agreement is guaranteed to be rejected by the clearinghouse.
