McMillan played slot (limited reps) in year 1, but outside since. Gladding the opposite (limited reps on outside year 1, slot as a full time starter year 2). Snow obviously a pure slot, size is a flag but not a disqualification to me - we’ve seen plenty of guys thrive at that size in the slot.

My preference is probably McMillan > Gladding > Snow but I think all 3 are good enough to play here. We need outside and slot guys so we can in theory take multiple (should we pursue them and be their top choice) - whether we actually will is obviously a different story.
