2025 NYSPHSAA Boys Lacrosse Championships

Canandaigua 8, CBA Syracuse 2 / End 1.

West Genny 3, Penfield 1 / End 1st

HHH is just casually the best Public School Team in the Country, and its important to note that they are doing this without a boarderline 5 Star LSM in Joe Filardi because of his early enrollment here

Basically the NY version of Darien.

Historically there have been two HHH high schools with teams, Hills East and Hills West. Are they pulling from both schools to make a team?

The Red Rams have been dominant during this run. I hope it can continue.

"Somers is able to win a lot of games by having a bigger lead than the other team".

Not sure on that. Definitely in the discussion, but Suffolk A has been really weak the past few years. Their OOC resume is basically two 11-7 wins over Mamaroneck and a one goal win over Massapequa.

The FCIAC quartet of Darien/Ridgefield/Staples/New Canaan probably have a stronger case. Ridgefield and NC smacked Somers (who is about to win Class C). NC and Darien beat Mamaroneck by more than Hills did. Collectively they also have wins over Don Bosco, Fairfield Prep (x2), St. John's Prep (#1 team in Mass), Iona Prep, Wantagh, and Rye. And Staples nearly beat Brunswick and St. Anthony's.

There's also Springfield-Delco down in Philly, who have one loss and took down Northport OOC.
