Just upgraded our seats, a few thoughts; I wasn't able to do it on my MacBook, had to call over the phone. Our new ticket rep didn't answer, straight to voicemail. I called the general number and it picked up right away. The lady who answered was very nice and helpful.
I had three different sets of aisle seats picked and knew what the map looked like last night thanks to another poster. Unfortunately all of those seats got picked sometime today so I had to go with my "plan D". We moved up 8 rows and are closer to the aisles at least.
When the lady who was assisting me on the phone went to select my chosen tickets it wasn't showing on her end at first. What could have been a frustrating experience went pretty smooth all and all. Just be ready to call if you have any issues. Plenty of spots left in Manley still fyi.
