Syracuse pursued both heavily, they decided to go elsewhere, it happens. Bramoff and Raio both had Cuse in their top 2/3, unfortunate but again this happens at this level all the time.

I know why Raio didn’t end up coming, but can’t divulge. Was realllyyyyy close to being a reality. No insight to Bramoff, but between him and Piseno it feels like we’ve missed the next Joel White twice now lol

I had the same on Raio and that he was pursued after commiting and a flip was close. Piseno SU didn't pursue so you can't really blame them for not getting a guy they didn't pursue although in hindsight we should have.

On Bramoff SU made a big push for him and James. They ended up with James which is a fantastic get. Bramoff is an excellent player, hard to get multiple of those guys unless ur UNC and an attack recruit.

Adding Bramoff certainly helps to fill in Maryland's recruiting weakness on the defensive end that I had mentioned earlier on one of these recruiting threads.

There are a lot of recruits listed as LSMs on UMd's list, but I think a number of them can make the switch to close if needed. Sometimes LSM recruits can use their speed and checking skills to become good cover defensemen.

Timmy hall with the orange emoji, Brunswick kid, and apart of the 2way club system… yeah seems like where there’s smoke there’s fire given Bear/Moe connection too


From his highlight vid number 26 (Parker Baras ‘28) stood out to me more, looks like he’s playing up a level and is huge and laying body. Really hope Cuse is in on him.

Intriguing thing is like Bear, he grew up and still lives in New York State. He’s not the Greenwich kid who doesn’t have Syracuse on the radar from day one. And he’s a bit of a psycho supposedly, which could be good.

But pretty sure Bear played with Primetime so not sure there’s a connection here.

Yeah my bad. It’s clear he was just messing around. I miss the old days of recruiting news!

Ty did say that a top 50 player has flipped and it should be announced this weekend.
