ND just played at Stanford in November, 2025. It is Stanford's turn to play at ND.I guess Stanford believes Indiana in Nov is just too cold, as John McKay thought it was.
That is when the holidays are this year. They are early. They don't use our calendar. No mid October holidays this year. This is the holiday and the week after that they try to work around. Maybe a Thursday night game?Syracuse tries to avoid mid October home games for Jewish holidays, their not gonna be able to avoid the second week of the season as well. As Tom noted I suspect week 2 will be a home game be it Fri or Sat.
Yup it would make sense to have week 2 and 3 potentially be conference road games or a road game and week 3 bye which wouldn't be ideal. That is when the holidays are this year. They are early. Yeah November in South Bend...no thanksND just played at Stanford in November, 2025. It is Stanford's turn to play at ND.
Neither Stanford nor USC ever wanted to play at ND in November so both play/played at ND in October each year.
agree, i'm guessing that's what they would do here. wouldnt impact student attendance.I think they can get away with a Saturday night game, maybe starting at 7:30. They have never worried about day 2 of Rosh Hashanah. But definitely better if done as a road game.
Well at least until halftimeagree, i'm guessing that's what they would do here. wouldnt impact student attendance.
