2026 Spring Football Schedule/Spring Game

Could be but he was listed there last year. Think he was 450 in high school so he's at least progressed to this point but over 350 isn't ideal for life much less football.
And if he wants to play at the next level he has 2 years to show the NFL that he can maintain a healthy weight year round. Because if he doesn't if he even gets drafted it won't be until the 6th and 7th rounds.
And that's throwing a lot of money away.

Just want to throw this out there because it is crazy to think about but he did just get tested at 20% body fat which insane for someone with his size.

Honest question. Is the team allowed to, or would they consider, the new diet drugs. Are those allowed by the NCAA?

20% even or 20 something percent? Crazy that he would be 360 at 10% body fat... bit he's also not built normal so maybe. You have body fat for Naquil or any of the others?

Maybe it's cardio needed vs BMI? Just can't be walking and winded in drills unless coach is working entire group to that point.

20% even. No info on other lineman but I didn’t ask. Next time I will be up there is the scrimmage before the Spring Game.

This is from google
Muscle Mass vs. Fat: At 400 lbs and 20% body fat, you would have roughly 320 lbs of lean mass (muscle, bones, organs) and 80 lbs of fat. For a 6'8" frame, this indicates a massive amount of muscle mass, similar to a professional strongman, offensive lineman, or heavy-weight wrestler.
Now I understand the 320 of muscle mass. Imagine if he could get down to 10 to 12%

The average OL NFL player is over 20% body fat.
