I hope Dino stays but not concerned if he leaves. JW will find a great coach . We have 2 candidates on staff.
Dino has 2 winning seasons and has been afforded more resources than any coach to ever wear orange. If he leaves we will be fine.

Agreed but I’d be hesitant to turn to the coordinators. I have shafer PTSD

reason guys stay as coordinators. ESP at smaller schools like SU.

If the unlikely happened go find a guy who has HC experience.

I would give White a shot as i believe he is going to be a fantastic head coach. Other than him id take a hard look at Joe M.

Expecting to see a 5-year extension announced soon.

It is more important to lock down offense and defense coordinators.

I think at SU I want someone who has coached before. The program is not 1990 anymore where it’s top 35 recruiting

If Dino leaves open up the candidacy to former hc.
