Huh? 5-0 get us that high. We won't go from others receiving votes up to 10-15 by beating UVA and Wagner. I think we need those 2 to get somewhere between 20 -25.
My guess is if we win this week we go to 20-22 range. Beat Wagner, some losses ahead of us and we will be moving way up for the nc state
They are but they aren’t - being in the polls consistently means your a winning program regardless of if we disagree on some of the choices about the rankings. We need to be in these polls as much as possible, we need every ounce of media that shows we are a worthy program to go to as a high level college football player. Polls are definitely not overrated if your included in them!

Why try to bully writers into voting how we want for something that ultimately doesn’t matter and mostly works out on its own over time? Being our local writer shouldn’t compel any sort of vote our way. This isn’t the bcs where we’re working for some composite ranking. Just keep winning.
Writers from Texas, Alabama and Jersey? Odd. I would have thought they would be from ACC country and maybe paying to our games. These writers have ties to Syracuse?

Texas and Bama recognize good football, so that's a win.
The Jersey guy is a graduate of Rutgers and the beat reporter for Rutgers. Certainly not aware of quality football. Maybe trying to make their win over us last year look better.
