A few questions

I don't spend as much time here as I use to so please forgive a couple of questions that may have been covered elsewhere. 1st of all what is going on with Westry? I read a blurb that there was a chance for the opener but 5 games in and he hasn't played. What I've read is that he should be a big help at the 2/3 maybe even pg. So what's happening?

Second of all what is the problem with the team? Is it Autry's problem coaching? It seems to me he was going to bring more structure to the offense but it looks just like JB's offense to me. His m2m is horrible . The players have all sorts of problems with picks. Is it coaching or the players? If things continue is Autry going to get a 3rd yr?

And thirdly, speaking of players they seem to be under perforning. Bell seem to come on at the end of last season but he's back playing the way he did for most of last season. There were supose to be more shooters but the 3 pt shooting is horrible. And freethrows! It's back to much of JB's ten year when ft were a deficit not free pts.

And lastly, last year there were 5 centers listed on the roster, this yr there's 2 and for my money McLoed is useless. I always question why they took back a 25 year old . Is there any 7'5" 25 year old playing anywhere else in D1 ball much less in a P5 conferenc? What are the prospects for next year?

apparently xhance was playing well in the summer practices and all signs pointed to him being ready to go on opening day.

but then he came down with mysterious illness...people have specualted mono perhaps...and now even though he is technically fine and can play...is being held out while he gets his conditioning aand game shape back

by the time he actually plays it may be that the season is bsaically over...they say it may take a month or two ...which makes no sense to me

if he can play pg the team needs him in the worst way

idk whats going on with the team...but the probalems are eerily similar to last year...which points to coaching for me. seems in reds first years...he wants to learn as he goes throughout the season...and starts off with teams that can barely play...other teams start ready to play, so it is a serious problem if red wnts a coaching career, imo

heres 6 guards but no ne can play passable pg...without a pg...the offense sucks and makes the players look bad. carlos sucks.

seems red can only build unbalanced rosters as that is all hes done...last year it was a ton of bigs...none of whom could play...and no pg

this year its a ton of guards and none of them can play pg...and theres no depth at center, either

red seems to pick his players sentimentally without any clue as to how the team will function...and thus ends up with flawed rosters missing key pieces...or key piece.

granted, he went after a bunch of playrs at [g he didnt get...but its still not enough of an excuse for the mess he is in.

he has to build a COMPLETE roster...i think if this team had a decent PG they are COMFORTABLY undefeatd right now. its a shame.
