does it give you the option to display blocked content? it might say thats not recomended.. It does that for some sites on my government computer.. I just click "display blocked content" and everything is smooth
it's a setting on your computer. i get that message a lot on my work computer. it's basically a warning about safe sites which this is, but your computer doesn't know that.
