Love Wes, he was great in his 1 year at SU. BUT, he's an NBA 2G who has absolutely no handle and can't put it on the floor and beat anyone off the bounce. How many NBA 2G's have no handle? Yep, like none. He might be a little better at the 3 but if you have no handle you won't be in the NBA long unless you can shoot 45% from beyond the arc.
I just can't believe Wes stands in a corner and doesnt move on over half of their possessions. I don't get it...

He is doing what is asked of him . . . the Wolves have a very good interior game and need someone to space the court for them. Wes finished strong from beyond the arc after a miserable start. Over the final half of the season, he shot .404 from three. He is also turning himself into a decent defender - he actually led the Wolves in blocked shots this year (but only because Anthony Randolph missed so many games). He is a disappointment considering his draft position, but as a three point specialist who can defend, he will earn a 2nd contract with somebody.I just can't believe Wes stands in a corner and doesnt move on over half of their possessions. yep, that's the Wolves - their roster is dotted with unused and misused Top 6 draft picks:Interesting that they would ask a top draft choice to sit in a corner on offense and not maybe try to get open occasionally. I guess it is the TWolves.
Sums it up all right there.Love Wes, he was great in his 1 year at SU. BUT, he's an NBA 2G who has absolutely no handle and can't put it on the floor and beat anyone off the bounce.
