Academic bonuses for athletes, $5,980 a year

So is this available to all students? Can a schmuck who is working his way through Newhouse by working a going to school get some green too? Or is it just for athletes?

At many (but not all) of the schools, it isn't even available to all athletes; just ones in select sports...i.e. sports where the kid is already getting a free ride plus NIL $$$.
