That was a lot of fun. I liked that Addazzio was there for the interview, with their background together, and Dazzler's history at SU in the 90s. They had nice chemistry. People really like Fran.

Too much focus on the players who are gone. I’d rather they focused more on the players on this year’s team. Generally, positive about Fran and the program.

I agree with that. But that is the story right now.

I think the important thing is the new guys we have stepping into these empty shoes are really big, and really fast, all over the field.

They all commented about how we look the part. We have much bigger guys on both sides of the ball. The question is how quickly can they develop chemistry.

Really fun stuff. The best spot for The Dazzler, he was really entertaining.

I really enjoyed him, too. Rather have somebody like him on our games than these jerks with the Carolina Colored Glasses all the time.

Addazio could find a role at that network. He has experience working at every D1 level, and forgot he was at A&M just a few years ago. Has insight on Big and SEC and lowers like Temple, Colorado St and BC (Ha).

I just watched both the road trip and ACC Huddle 30 minute interview with Fran. The 30 minute interview with Fran was among the best programs I have ever seen on ACC Network. And yes, I agree with you on Addazio. This might be relative to my expectations, but I thought he was really pretty good.

Tears in my eyes listening to that 30 minute Fran interview. Fran is so much more than the head coach at Syracuse football. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I think Fran is going to be the next great transformational figure for College Football.

Highly encourage folks to listen to it. That's just how he is too. I think sometimes folks can think there's an element of it that's fake but it really isn't. He's kind of in the mold of Dabo Sweeney in that he really believes his role in life is to make better men and to get them out of bad situations. He was lucky to escape it and wants others too. He's a great role model for the younger version of himself. He's tough and incredibly demanding but that's what it takes to get out of the situation he grew up in. His personal story is just insane.

The best interview he did was the original podcast he did with ESPN post hiring last spring with Pete Thamel and Reece Davis. He opens up and talks about the bike ride back to his apartment after every game in Carolina because he had no family to celebrate with is heart breaking but also tells you so much about him.
