So depressing to see UConn playing a massive non conference game against Kansas at Allen Fieldhouse tonight. Two top 5 teams. Remember when you used to play in these types of games with national implications? I really wish JB had tried to schedule a home and home with Bill Self and Kansas in his last years as a head coach, just so he’d have had the opportunity to coach at Allen Fieldhouse, arguably the most storied arena in the country. I hope Red can get us back to that level. Hurley had a couple of challenging years to start at UConn and then got things going.

I didn't watch the game but looking at the box score, Yukon basically played six guys and their bench scored six points. Kansas played seven guys and their bench scored seven points.

I think our bench can be a huge asset to our team. But they have to be productive. Maliq, Benny, Quadir and Kyle. Especially Benny.
