ACC, PAC-12, and BIG alliance / conference realignment

I would imagine ESPN will like it...new teams to show when they come to ACC stadiums

if it hurts ESPN good.
If it hurts ND even better.

My mindset is screw those entities.
Yes, let's screw the half-owner of the ACC Network.

If by alliance that means they agree to divide up programs and agree whom can add whom to get to 16 in each conference, and stop the future realignment BS - great.

If by alliance they form a scheduling and television share $$$$ for the programs in their conference to share - great.

It'd be funny if they essentially isolated the SEC moving forward.

Yup...SEC got some unintended consequences.

I would think number 2 in this scenario. And probably number 3 as well

Yeah ESPN is really paying the ACC a good rate.
Can’t wait for ESPN to throw ACC stuff on ESPN+.

Honestly do you get ESPN basically worked with the ACC to destroy the Big East.
They did the same with the SEC to destroy the Big XII.

Sorry I don’t want to trust an entity that will destroy conferences and will cause change.

Important life lesson...never let your money get mad.
Well the ACC working with Big Ten and PAC-12 would suggest they don’t agree here.
Slowing down ESPN’s expansion of the CFB playoffs won’t make them happy.
Espn was trying to get those CFB expanded and get a longer term control of the playoffs.
These SEC moves definitely slowed that down and won’t make ESPN happy.

the B1G

And the SEC

Glad to see the rest of the p5 band together to prevent those two jerk off conferences from driving the bus and dragging everybody else along for the ride.
The Big Ten is showing that can’t compete with the SEC one on one.

Thus they need the PAC-12 and the ACC to help them.
I am glad the ACC is pulling away from the SEC as well.
