Tier One: FSU , Miami, Clemson - high end rosters, power and speed,
Tier Two: UNC, Duke, SU, Lviile - Good teams with some high end traits, and some weaknesses. Not as deep as the first three.
Tier Three: Wake, NCSt - Teams that can compete and win, but with major issues
Tier Four: Pitt, BC, VaTech, GT, UVA - Bad teams with bad losses and problems on both sides of the ball and not many strengths to build around. Some are young and and rebuilding or with new staffs
