ACCNX not working again

People next to me at the Georgia Tech baseball game were railing on ESPN+. Many issues. Priority of revenue sports drops baseball and softball (their daughter) way down on ACCNX.
How’s Sabathia looking?

"in my region." Any suggestions?
ACCNX has failed to broadcast an advertised game some 7 times this season. Most of these games are 'blacked out', probably because they are shown instead on YES or something else.

I use Sling with all the sports add ons. Sling throws some weird error message like 'be sure you are not on VPN' or some such thing that is not applicable.

If I try the ESPN app, it asks for my provider. My provider is Sling. When I provide my log in info, it then tells me its blacked out. Why can Sling not tell me that directly?

I have no way that I know of to subscribe to YES.

It is so frustrating. There is nobody to complain to and no recourse.

The Wake Forest game was assigned to the Bally RSN's and YES.

Bally Sports Detroit Extra
Bally Sports Great Lakes
Bally Sports Midwest
Bally Sports North
Bally Sports South
Bally Sports Southwest Extra
Bally Sports Sun
Bally Sports Wisconsin
Marquee Sports Network
Mid-Atlantic Sports Network
New England Sports Network Plus
YES Network

If you live in an area of the country where one of the RSN's is available, you are blacked out from streaming on ACCNX.

Even if you don't have cable, or you don't subscribe to the RSN sports package, you are still blacked out.

Sucks.

Thank you for the explanation. Yes, sucks.

So, we really have no recourse but to subscribe to channels we probably cannot even subscribe to anyway. So, no recourse but to hope and pray on gameday at 7 PM.

Basically correct. The best solution would be to subscribe to a provider that at least carries the RSN channels. Then, even if your particular local RSN is not carrying the game, you can still watch it on ACCNX.

unless the rsn goes belly up as the announcers mentioned that this was the last game?
I hope so. Worried that the ACC contract is an asset that will get sold. I think when there is a bankruptcy, things the entity owned that have value get sold.

If it gets sold, I would think that ESPN would be first in line to buy them back, at pennies on the dollar. Are there any national companies that would be interested in these fairly unattractive games?

amazon?

Get back on the streaming services (e.g. YouTube TV) and they'd generate some more revenue. :)
