This is UNC, Duke, NC State and Wake's home court. And Madison Square Garden for other Southern schools like Miami, Florida State, Georgia Tech and Clemson. They get 25% to 50% boost playing in NC.

I agree. I was tuned into that Bryant game cause it was so good, I missed ND’s comeback. Pride from L’pool had a hell of a game.

Year after year, its what makes it for me! Seeing some obscure mid-major conference final in a do-or-die game, kids playing their hearts out, ending in a tense finale...and the crazy emotion on both sides. Its my favorite time of year, bar none. Gotta luv it!

If UL loses, SU could jump ahead of them in the bubble order. Dook would have to win the tourney to get a bid.

I don’t root for Duke but I think Duke beating. Louisville is better for us unless Duke beat Florida State.
Louisville wins they are likely a lock.

Duke got a resume similar to ours and beat us.
The .500 record doesn’t really matter.
They only played 2 tomato cans in the nonconference because Coach K didn’t “think” the games should be played then.

So if they had played 4 more tomato cans they are over .500.

There isn’t a better scenario bubble wise if either wins or loses.
It kills Duke with a loss.
It puts Louisville in an uncomfortable situation on selection Sunday.

So whomever you dislike more is the best answer is whom to root against.

College refs are atrocious for everyone.
The conference takes care of teams that win. If we win we would get protected when it was a 50-50 thing.

After Louisville canceled on game day and played right after, it's them.

The justice system is very complicated. Syracuse is a cog for the ACC go make money. We aren’t mistreated. We have the worst record in conference football since we joined, we have middle of the road in basketball. Our women’s basketball team has been competitive, our lacrosse teams have won numerous conference titles.
The ACC has done nothing to cause anyone of this.

If we were in the Big East or American the refs wouldn’t be treating us any different.

and they are evaluated after each game and during tournament time especially - egregious errors end their year. I think there are too many dinosaurs and developing young guys is not a priority and the overall officiating is eh - but there is not a conspiracy to shut down SU. JB may have some enemies but this time of year nobody can carry out that grudge.

UL should be in the next four out and not even sniffing a bid unless they win two games. To me if they lose today and we win- we should be in most brackets.

Sadly I am with you. I do not want this Duke team to go on any sort of a run. I have a gut feeling that the whole "they need to win all 5 games" is a mirage and that if they get to the finals, they steal the bid.
