I had never seen any before last week, but I have seen two in the past week.
What was it for today, and which game?
Both times I have seen it was for an a player not on official roster submitted before the game being subbed into the game.
I saw it called:
1. In the MWC Tounrey
2. Against Cincinnati yesterday in the first half against Harvard.
So they are definitely not afraid to call this in the tourney.

Didn't this happen to SU earlier in the year? Someone other that usual submitted the lineup and Baye had to start, right?
EDIT - Yes, in January vs. BC in Boston. Rather than take the T, they started Baye.
