Iv gotta admit it, being here at the game our offense looks so much better were actually going up tempo were getting to the line and snapping quickly, fer being a true freshman straight from high school aj has impressed me very much going against the number one team in the nation he's making plays I'm very impressed with his poise I'm as happy as can be we actually have a future! This kid bleeds orange. Interceptions aside his first game has made me very confident of our future . Congrats to him

Wait, you mean that kid people were saying should be moved to safety? I love it. Kid came out, against a great opponent, and played as well as we could have ever hoped. Seemingly no one had much hope for this kid, talking bout Eduard whose not even here, and dismissing Aj. I've never been so optimistic about a loss in my life, future seems bright.

Totally agree!! At one point he completed 11 passes in a row. He's a very accurate passer I'm extremely impressed.

The offense moves fluently when you have an OC who has a grasp of what they are trying to accomplish and call plays in a timely manner.

Long played great and I think he and Lester can work up some magic to pull us out the W next week.

Regardless if Wilson is healthy or not, I think it is our best option to have one QB the rest of the year and after today I think Long is the guy.

Hunt wasn't all that great this year. I'm hoping AJ takes the opportunity and plays so well that Hunt doesn't automatically get the job back.

He threw behind some guys and had a couple of wobblers but overall he was good. Great poise to. Was really impressed with his poise and he did make some great great throws.

Called a fantastic audible on that swing pass to Morris who blew it.

Lots to be excited about, and I'd give wilson props who did a good job to.

I saw a lot of the same plays I saw the last week with Hunt except a more focus on the running game. But I don't think they toned down the play book for Long. He was throwing all the throws they asked Hunt to but with better timing and accuracy on his balls. Even the bubble screen was working because the ball was delivered on time and on target

We went downfield more today then we have all season. Lot less 5 lineman, and much more sets with extra pass protection.

I thought the game Hunt played we went down field a lot. Hunt missed all the down field throws. That throw that Long made to Ish for the TD I have seen Hunt miss that throw every game at least 2-3 times a game.

Long definitely looked better. Wasn't huge differences, and maybe it's because there wasn't much game pressure, but it felt like a better flow. McDonald always seemed to be going ok only to mi in 1 horrible call a drive.
