When I worked at a radio station in Buffalo, we aired Paul Harvey's report. One day he talked about how two feet of snow had hit Buffalo. There was not one single flake of snow on the ground in Buffalo. All of the snow had landed south of Buffalo. I called him up and talked to some staffer and could not get him to understand how wrong Harvey's report was.

I wore my $#!*kickers into the city yesterday after getting ~4" of snow in Westchester, meanwhile Manhattan was all rain, only a few miles south.

I was attending Oswego when Linda Cohn and Steve Levy opened sportcenter with, "Welcome to the Oswego St. great laker edition of sportcenter." A number of my classmates were quite excited.
