Murphy isn't an NFL QB, but he is a very good college QB.

Last year they had a productive QB and WR.

I agree that Addazio is building something good there but it's not ready yet. Murphy is his one year patch. If he gets hurt..

Don't know if I'd call Rettig a "productive QB", especially considering they were awful the year before with him starting. He's only looked ready since he's been there, so I have no reason to think otherwise.

Clemson was ranked 24 (22 coaches) with a record (prior to today) of 4-2, and had just moved into the top 25 the prior week. Their two losses were at Georgia (top ten team) and at FSU (number 1). The only fluff win was SC state.

BC, had they won, would have been 5-2. They have two fluff wins, over Maine and UMass, and a loss to Colorado State, a good team but not a Power 5 team. They also lost to Pitt, which does not look good. Their marquee win over USC has had some of the shine taken off it.

Made a couple unbelievable throws. One while being chanced by 4 linemen on the run on third and ten. Made a mcnabb to brominski-esqe throw for one of his TD passes. And the 43 yard run was fantastic. Clemson was loading the box to focus on stopping BCs run game (318 per game, 4th in FBS) and BC doesn't really have any good WRs who can create separation. The drop by BCs QB-turned-WR was Ben Lewis level bad. Really worth watching the highlights of the game.
