U can just get hired and u already make the same amount as people who have worked hard and put time in at places just because they bumped minimum wage up. It's pretty stupid in that aspect. Nobody wants to work hard to earn anything anymore imo. O well.

Getting paid at all is huge. Most starting coaching jobs are zero salary. Maybe you get housing and meals if you’re lucky. Lots of these guys that made it had to sacrifice a ton starting out. Weeds out the posers I assume. Coaching isn’t just a job it’s a life.

37K for full time year round. A kid fresh out of college wanting to work on a D1 staff would do that. Seems reasonable for coaching grunt work to get your foot in the door.
