Statistically, he had a lesser year last year based upon INT and TD allowed but all pre-season things I've read have him as a top 3 round pick with a few at the back end of Round 1.

From a scouting standpoint, his coverage skills are not questioned at the next level. It is his tackling based upon what I've read. If he shores that up he will most likely be one of the first 4 Safeties off the board.

That's impressive for him and our program and should be celebrated. While critique can be interesting it shouldn't be the only observation one makes.

Cisco is the real deal. A next level safety who will have a chance to have a long career in the NFL if he keeps working.

This is an insane thread. We have the Number 1 safety in college football and several say "No, he's not." He'll rise to the accolade. The good ones do. When did Syracuse turn into Philadelphia?

amen to this, many whiffs as well which will only get worse now that his draft stock is what it is gonna be where he doesn't want to get injured thus what you wrote. The upside is he's so good and so athletic so that only means many more ints will happen before he wraps up his career. Nice to see what a good kid he is too and a great rep and recruiting story for SU. Hope he has a great year.

Pretty cool, not too often over the years do we have a player recognized like this. Would love to see him drafted in the 1st round, even 2nd round would be awesome for the program. Gotta keep having these small steps to consistently show were a solid program.
