Far as I know, that's the only time Zeppelin allowed a cut from their catalogue to be used in a movie. In the original cut of Waynes World, Wayne starts playing the intro to Stairway but that was bleeped out in later cuts of the film. Evidently the musicians from L Z liked Crowe from the time he travelled with them as a teenage correspondent for Rolling Stone (Almost Famous).
