Ant has been one of the biggest disappointments this year. Pre-season there was a lot of talk about how 2011 was going to be a breakout season for him as a dual threat running back. Posters have focused a lot on his shortcomings as a runner, but not so much on his regression as a passing target. Last year Bailey caught 35 passes for 300+ yards and an average of nearly 9 yards per carry. This year? 19 passes for 114 yards and a 6 ypc average. He's on target to have a worse receiving year than 2009 also. Sure, this is a function of playcalling to a degree. But everything coming out of the coaching staff pre-season indicated that Antwon as a receiver was going to be a big part of the "multiple offense." What happened???

Bailey is used totally wrong. He is given the ball way too much and used too much. He should be in a time-share and used on the edges. The running him in-between the tackles time after time is head scratching.

I put more of this on the coaches using him wrong more than his lack of production. He is being put in positions to fail.

Baily is far too small to keep hitting between the tackles...if we cannot get him outside than take him out of the game...with poor straight ahead blocking, a small back does not have a chance

it actually is. The failing to use him correctly is stalling offensive drives on too many occasions.
