Wasn't much he could do, even at 59 points. Puts the backups in, calls a I-formation, run right up the middle, goes for 60 yards. What do you tell that backup, just dive after 10? Then we fumble and a back up D player returns it for 6.

I was just glad we didn't get goose-egged. Hope FSU doesn't trip up in the Swamp. I don't think they will because Florida is a mess right now. ACC Championship game will be a formality, that other side is another hot mess.

Who their opponent will be should be interesting. Auburn should give Alabama an interesting game at Jordan-Hare. Probably tougher than SEC Championship matchup. Ohio State won't have an easy time with Michigan State. Baylor's tough test is next week at an Oklahoma State team who is playing to expectations now.

I've been impressed with him all year. Seems like a genuinely good guy, doesn't try to embarrass teams. He's the exact opposite of an Urban Meyer or Bret Bielema. FSU and Alabama could be a great game.

I think what Fisher said to Shafer made it very easy for HCSS to say that to Fisher and truly mean it. Honestly Fischer seems like a class act and honestly I felt the same way about Bobby Bowden ... FSU has been very fortunate to have them running that program as long as they have. I like watching Bama and to be honest I really hope FSU beats them ... Fisher is an easy guy to root for and to be honesty I'll be pulling for them the rest of the way. He seems to be very genuine and sincere and FSU is fortunate to have a guy like that in charge ... I'll take him over guys like Meyer any day!

I was listening to the post game on the radio in Tally, and Jimbo said he was going to try to make it to the hospital last night to visit whigham. Absolute class act! Speaking of class acts, as I was leaving the stadium and an old timer kept telling me how much character our team has with how hard they played until the final horn. Thought that was great to hear.

This is so true. He has taken Winston and a lot of his starters out for most of the second half all year; even at the expense of Winston not piling up stats to win the Heisman. Very classy from the coach down through the players to even the hospitality shown by 99% of the fans. Now lets root for FSU to kick Alabama or SEC A$$.

That is awesome. I am a big FSU fan the rest of the way. Hard not to respect a guy like Jimbo. Plus, it's in every ACC team's best interest to pull for FSU to run the table.
