Carmelo is the best frosh in the history of espnare you referring to the teams left in the field?
does Kentucky have a Carmelo? they play a whole lot of iso
Randle is pretty damn good.
Are you serious? Carmelo is much better than Randle as a freshman.
Randle is "pretty damn good". He's not Carmelo, but he's probably the closest thing left to a Carmelo in the field.
They said the same thing about Paul Harris.Chris McCullough. That is all.
ESPN dropped him because of his issues in school. 247's composite rankings have him as 16th.Ranked 29th by ESPN, how many does Duke have ahead of him? Roberson was what? 31 last year? I'm not saying Chris won't be successful but let's see what happens before we anoint him the savior. He's not Carmelo, maybe not even Dante.
I do not know the final stats but at half time Kentucky had 2 assists on 15 field goals. That's 13 scores from 1 on one or rebounds. In fact Michigan was very similar 2 assists on 14 field goals.if u don't have Carmelo the teams that win pressure the ball, play nine or ten people. and have an offense other than one on one. wake up.

Randle is not Carmelo. But he is a top 5 draft pick surrounded by multiple future NBA players. You can't compare Kentucky most years to Syracuse. They get far more upper tier talent than we do (particularly since PayPalCal has been the coach):

Completely different player than D Greene... Chris will be a defensive specialist in the 2-3 who I think will be a terror when it comes to blocking shots and rebounding more efficiently out of the 2-3... Offensively he isn't going to be circled on anyone's scouting report.. If they can get into transition and into the open court he will be unreal.. He runs the floor like a gazelle and should be really hard to guard in the open floorRanked 29th by ESPN, how many does Duke have ahead of him? Roberson was what? 31 last year? I don't remember the exact quote, but wasn't there an article a few weeks back where his high school coach said something along the lines of him being a bit raw and that it may take him a season to adjust to the college game or show his skill? Again, not using his words, but I vaguely remember an article on this.Ranked 29th by ESPN, how many does Duke have ahead of him? Roberson was what? 31 last year?
