Art always came off as a good guy - as he does in his retirement message.

I wish him well and hope he maintains a good relationship with Syracuse University.

Congrats to Art on having a great NFL career. I have seen many great performances by many great Syracuse football players during my life, but the most dominant performance by any single player in a single game was probably what Art did to Notre Dame. Unbelievable.

I would love to watch the game again to see if he was as amazing that day as I remember him to be.

I actually forgot about how dominant Art was that day.

There was not much to cheer about during Greg Robinson's time on the Hill but that was certainly a glorious day - much of it attributable to Art Jones' great effort in South Bend.
