This thread makes me happy! I don't claim to know if Dino or Ash or Frost will turn out to be the best, but Dino is the exact type of coach we should be hiring. He has a few years working for a private school, then a few years as a HC at smaller schools with not only success, but marked 2nd year improvements. I'm sure this latest rumor is too good to be true, but this would be a smart, solid hire, IMO.

I agree and more than likely he will not be using us as a stepping stone because of his age he is more than likely looking to stick around a place for a while. Could get the stability everyone also wanted.
