I think what you're looking at is the composite ranking, the 2four7 ranking is in small font below the player's picture. His composite is still a 3 star

Yeah, the crystal ball site rank is a 4 star. The other sites are sometimes weeks, or months behind... Don't think they have the staff to keep up. Iirc, Hendrix has a 4 star on one... Thats 4 recruits with at least 4 stars on 1 site.
