Meaning, not only do they owe him a ton of money if he were to get fired this year (or, really for a while), but he has a clause where the buyout cannot be mitigated even if he gets another coaching job, which is INSANE.

I assume Harsin has the mitigation clause, but it's still an insane amount of money.
