He is just another staff member...makes me think though...

First - Why doesn't our coach have special projects? And Second - Why don't we have someone to manage them?

Some programs seem to have a 1-1 coach to player ratio which is a huge advantage for them, we don't have that but it seems that we have more staff than I can remember.
