It implies no guilt whatsoever. The fact that this was investigated three times, but three separate entities 8 years ago, none of which found anything, suggests innocence if anything.

Without being biased BO, when you interview these kids you should ask why that has not factored into their decisions. Do they not believe in a persons right to be innocent before
Proven guilty???

Kids can always get out of LOI's if they really want, though generally it only happens when there's a coaching change. Should evidence build against Bernie, then that's an even more viable reason to want to back out.

These are parents who are sending their kids away to be with people they should be able to trust because they can't be there everyday. Maybe Boeheim will level with them, maybe Bernie's cleared (again) and confidence is restored, but sometimes suspicion is all they need to look elsewhere.

I'll see what I can do. Problem is most of the interviews were done before this so I didn't ask those questions, they just haven't been posted yet. I've contacted them all to ask so we will see what happens
