I'd like an explanation on that one ... the foot has to be in-bounds FIRST, otherwise it is an incomplete pass. How could anyone sitting in the booth not see that either the one foot came down out of bounds first or they both came down simultaneously.

THIS is why I HATE the college replay system. It's not uniform. It's faceless. And it's often DEAD wrong.
