Do we care that much about the talking heads/media if we get to 6 wins with a big home win vs a ranked conference rival? So what if they discount the win. We're still undefeated. We'd be heading to Clemson for arguably the best in conference matchup all season. I feel like that would matter more.

No. But we do care about the rankings and such. So, no whining, etc. should be done here if we win and the media (AP poll) doesn’t move us up (discounts the win) as much in the polls as folks here would feel justifiably so.

Of course winning is what ultimately matters most. Although, that wasn’t the crux of what I was attempting to get across.

If you mean they found a way as in norvell made the absolute dumbest decision in the history of college football! Then yes they made quite the decision.

There has to be dumber. I am 66 and admit, I can't think of any. But there had to be a more dumb decision somewhere.
