What Disney/ESPN is ignoring is the fact that they have deals with other providers at a much less rate, which is what YTTB wants. If fans move to the other carriers, Disney gets no more than if they deal with YTTB.
This results in YTTB's anti-trust argument. Disney appears to be pushing a competitor out and/or gouging them. With Disney/ESPN/Fubo in one package, Disney will have trouble convincing anyone of altruistic motivations. Not that YTTB/Google has altruistic motivations, but the issue them comes down to the fairness of the deal, which Disney is les likely to win.
It will be interesting to see how it gets resolved.
