This is not totally clear but this "may" mean that ESPN Unllmited special events, such as WWE, may be available to YTTV subscribers as a separate channel on the YTTV Guide rather than needing to exit the YTTV app and opening the ESPN app, thus allowing easier "channel surfing" and even the ability to DVR.
