Boo hoo

The two things they don't understand are:

1. If they don't want so many SU fans to show up, they should buy more tickets themselves.

2. The vast majority of SU fans that are going to be in attendance are not making the trip from CNY to NYC; they already live in NYC (and NJ).

I'm going with a group of 15 and have about 10 more friends going independently. I love playing SJU in the Garden. It makes their fans sad. .

Well I started that thread here and I can assure you, I did not get that offer from their board as their OP insinuates.

This game was going to be a road game for them regardless. It sucks for them but they have very few fans and NYC is a huge alumni base for us. That's a recipe for T-shirts shot out of a cannon to be thrown back on the floor.

Their fans came out of nowhere last year. I got it at work all time. In 7 years in my industry I had no clue there were so many St. John's fans. They've all gone back into their slumber this year though.

And the the moment the MSG PA announcer had to beg SU fans not to throw the t-shirts back is one of my proudest as an SU fan.

Then play the damn game in Carnasecca arena or whatever that hellhole on campus arena is called these days.

Suck it.

Hey, we're "Canada's Team" too. Who knew!
