We only have about two players that are expected to be drafted. I think it’s wishful thinking for a few of these guys. Fran has a tendency to talk up guys like they’re NFL players. I don’t think that’s the case for these guys.

If it was Dino I agree. Fran has bee straight forward with injuries and when a player is out. I think we will know by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.

I don’t quite get it, opting out of playing in a bowl game especially one that is not bottom rung! SU gave you room, board and tuition, a chance to exhibit your skills to NFL scouts plus $$$$ and you leave your teammates and loyal fans hanging out there

I'm sure the Candy Canes will be pumped up, as they often are for their bowl game, for the Pop Tarts. ISU + 7.5.

Why would someone like McCord play in this game and potentially get hurt when he has a Shrine bowl game lined up with NFL scouts watching him? This is just an extra game at this point, anyone with aspirations of going to an NFL camp won't want to put themselves in harms way.

Well, since Ian Anderson can't run anymore, (he was the first choice to do it,) this might be Kyle's only job as backup, this year.
