the pace of practice and having multiple qbs throwing to multiple receivers all the time is going to develop QBs faster than they otherwise would. so i imagine there'll be some national recruiting along with some development of raw northeast guys that havne't thrown a million passes

Goes back to the theory you've posted quite a bit about how people get a lead on the bad offensive teams and then sit on it in the 2nd half. Makes the bad offense team look like their defense is ok to good (statistically). And this doesn't include Kansas 2015, because I think that team has trouble walking.

I think it's even more than that. I think it goes into the weekly gameplanning, the plays you'll plan on installing. If you are playing BC in 2015, your entire gameplan is conservative. You know you will outscore them because they won't score.

If you're playing Dino's offense, you can try that 'we'll run the ball and keep it away from them' crap, but that never works. So most coaches now know they need to score, and score a lot to keep up. It's going to hurt the defense of any team that one of these offensive masterminds coach.

It's the better plan to be the team that controls your destiny. i.e. we're planning on scoring at least 7 TDs and doing it with at least 500 yards. Try to keep up.
